Renewal Mate is a reminder tool. It is not affiliated with any government agency. It does not issue licences, register vehicles, or verify identity. Official dates on your card or with the transport authority always win if they disagree with what the app stored.

Only scan documents that belong to you. Photographing someone else’s licence or plate to extract personal information is not allowed.

AI reading can misread characters. You must confirm the expiry before you save. For number plates, the official transport check is the source of the date — this app does not query government registers itself. We are not liable for a missed renewal, a fine, or a lapsed licence.

The app is provided “as is”, without warranty. You may stop using it and delete your on-device data at any time.
